As we celebrate Easter, I wanted to take a moment to recognize the incredible strength and resilience that you all embody. Your dedication to serving our country is inspiring. It honors me to write to you today.

Life in the military poses unique challenges. We face many new ones today, as our force continues to transition into and learn what it means to be a “garrison” force. I want to remind my readers though, that we do not know what the next conflict looks like. We must remain ready.

So, as we move into Easter celebration, lets remember has gotten us here. We support one another, we remain vigilant, and we train hard. We do these things so when someone finally steps up to challenge us, we are ready to go to work. To fight and win the nations wars.

Thank you for your service and your unwavering dedication to the United States. You are an inspiration to me, and many others.
